Working Student (m/f/d) in Finance and Customer Consulting

INSITE-Interventions GmbH is looking for a working student (m/f/d) in Finance and Customer Consulting, starting immediately in Frankfurt am Main or Hamburg. You will support the Finance and Controlling and customer consulting teams with day-to-day work and varied projects, gaining insight into commercial processes and the support of corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in invoice checking.
• Support Finance and Controlling with the creation and preparation of reports and with other analytical and administrative day-to-day tasks.
• Support the team with psychological risk assessments and other employee surveys.
• Reliably prepare and follow up presentation appointments, results presentations and training sessions for employees and managers.
• Help create survey projects and implement customer organisational charts in the survey software.
• Create questionnaires, adapt them to customer requirements and prepare the system import.

Requirements

• You are enrolled as a student for at least another year, ideally in economics, business administration, finance, controlling, health sciences, psychology or a comparable field.
• Quick comprehension and a service-oriented attitude.
• Availability for 16 to a maximum of 20 hours per week on at least two working days.
• Reliability, accuracy, dependability, and an organised and independent way of working.
