Role

For its office in Frankfurt am Main, the company is looking for a working student (m/f/d) in Property Management / Housing Management.

Responsibilities

  • Contract management: Record, structure and digitize Property Management contracts and help establish central contract administration.
  • Rent adjustments: Support the analysis and maintenance of rent indexes in the ERP system and help develop rent-adjustment processes in line with the company’s socially oriented approach.
  • Data and analyses: Prepare real-estate data and evaluations and help keep data records current and reliable.
  • Projects: Support projects and special topics and contribute to the development of processes.

Profile

  • Currently studying real estate, business administration or a comparable subject; students in an early semester are also welcome.
  • Initial exposure to the real-estate sector is helpful but not required.
  • Precise with figures, careful, reliable and highly self-motivated.
  • Open-minded and comfortable working in a team.
  • Confident using common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Very good German skills, both written and spoken.
