Phönix Stellenangebote GmbH is seeking a working student in IT, software development and automation. The role is 100% remote throughout Germany, with flexible working hours and up to 20 hours per week during the semester; more hours may be possible during semester breaks. A specific job city and salary are not provided.

The company develops its own recruiting platforms, job boards, internal applications and automation systems. Its experts contribute extensive experience, and the team has experience in temporary staffing, print and online job boards, and the Jobcenter.

Depending on your strengths, responsibilities may include:

  • Developing new functions for recruiting platforms, internal web applications, tools and dashboards
  • Automating recurring processes and developing interfaces (APIs)
  • Optimising existing systems and supporting databases and servers
  • Contributing to AI projects involving OpenAI, automations and AI agents
  • Testing new functions, documenting work and making technical improvements
  • Supporting cloud and hosting projects
  • Independently implementing small development projects

You should be studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject, have initial programming experience such as PHP, JavaScript, Python or C#, be interested in web development and modern technologies, work independently and in a structured way, be motivated to learn, and have good German skills. Experience with Git or GitHub, MySQL or PostgreSQL, HTML or CSS, REST APIs, Docker, Linux, AI tools, or automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier is an advantage but not required.

The role includes modern hardware, practical software projects, direct exchange with management, flat hierarchies, creative freedom and the possibility of continuing with the company after graduation. Applicants can send a CV, GitHub profile or examples of projects. Grades are described as less important than enthusiasm for software development. No application URL or email address is provided.

Employer: Phönix Stellenangebote GmbH, Rebstöckerstraße 64, 60326 Frankfurt am Main.
